As the janitor at Wonder Comics, Stanley Leonardo Sappovitz, wants nothing more than to be discovered by his boss and become the next, big comic book artist. It seems like that day will never come until a shipment of magical pens arrive that are guaranteed to bring to life any character an artist creates. When the staff artists unwittingly unleash the dreaded Doctor Shock Clock, it is up to Stanley to create his own team of superheroes to conquer the super-villain before he pulls of his greatest heist of all time.
